A. The 30 day money-back shall apply to the refund on the
agreed upon hosting plan fees and shall exclude, without limitation,

fees, and any promotional discounts, etc. ONLY web hosting
fees are refundable. Customer will automatically be charged
non-refundable additional fees in the event that this Customer

all files are stored in the same server. But nobody can see
or change your files and emails without a correct password.

a public area where everyone can see your files but no one
can change your files without the password.

of virtually hosted sites?
A. Yes, the servers automatically backup all user databases
everyday and all files in user directories every week.
